Villa Advocacy Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

When you donate through Givebutter, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please save this email for your records.

Receipts for cash, check, and eligible in-kind donations are prepared manually and may be sent by email or postal mail. Email delivery is preferred whenever possible.

For in-kind contributions, Villa’s acknowledgment will describe the donated items but will not assign a monetary value. Donors are responsible for determining the value of donated goods for tax-reporting purposes.

If you receive goods or services in exchange for your payment, only the portion exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services may be tax-deductible.
